The role will be based in Dorset dealing with potentially more then 1 site.
In this role as a Part time New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for a sites in the Dorset area, this role is the perfect fit for a strong salesperson who is eager to hit the grown running and have a huge influence on their income, Looking after the sites when the Sales Advisor is on their day’s of and looking after holiday’s and sick days. for this role I perfect for someone in the later stages of their carer, to be suitable for this role, you will need to be able to handle working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes of work dealing with Sales chasing, booking viewings and selling add-on with the property. You will have to be a proven hitter of KPIs and someone who is more then happy to work above and beyond for a fantastic employer!
To be suitable for this for this role you will have:
- A strong communicator.
- experience In New Homes Sales.
- Proven KPI hitter or surpassing.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work with your own initiative.
