Are you an Electrical Design Engineer ready to step up into a team lead or management position? We have partnered exclusively with a marine defence design and engineering consultancy based in Bristol who looking for a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer who wants to start or continue their development as a people and sector manager.  My client has recently opened their second office location, invested in new state of the art IT infrastructure system, and are now looking to expand their team due to a fantastic couple of years of growth.

 

My client would like to take on a Principal Electrical Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire project management process, overseeing design and implementation of complex and bespoke low to medium voltage electrical systems for global defence clients. The Principal Electrical Engineer will also be responsible for developing preexisting and new business relationships to continue winning fresh and exciting work, allowing the business to follow the current path of growth and sustained success.

 

To be considered for this role you must:

 

  • Have proven ability of leading a team of Engineers
     
  • A Degree in Electrical Engineering
     
  • Have Achieved Chartered Engineer Status
     
  • Hold or be capable of gaining SC
     
  • Be capable of managing complex projects from conceptual design to completion
