Product Owner

Consortio have partnered with a technology company that is very focused on delivering a sustainable future and they are very focused on ensuring that their vessels are reducing carbon emissions to help our environment. They are the first company of their kind that are delivering 100% electric vessels and are building and developing luxury water taxis and ferries to make public transport more environmentally friendly. Due to their company massively expanding over the last year they are looking for a Product Owner to join their team.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for developing the range of vessels as you will act as a liaison between the technical team and the stake holders and by making sure that everyone involved in the development of these vessels is being communicated to.  You will be a product ambassador and must therefore understand the product internally and externally to ensure that you can fully communicate back to the technical team and the stakeholders.

To be eligible for this role you need:

• A university degree in an marine engineering discipline or 10 years + experience in the marine industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand technical documentation.
• Ability to travel as and when required.
