Property/Asset Manager

In the role of a Property/Asset Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to, Leasing and lettings, undertaking and understanding rent reviews and lease renewals. A large part of the job will be dealing with Stakeholders making sure communications on the site/asset are being fully managed from start to finish. You will need to able to work as a team as you will be on a daily/weekly basis speaking to the facilities managers on the sites making sure all codes are kept up to date and to the right standards.  Having knowledge of the CDM regulation would be prefer but not essential due to working a lot of new builds and commercial properties, You need to have a good way of planning your day as this is essential to the role.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• Experience of residential property management
• Knowledge of compliance and CDM regulations will be helpful, but not essential.
• Driving licence, travel to client properties will be required.
• Experience of dealing with clients, tenants, and contractors
