Property Management Manager

In the role of a property Management Manager, you are going to responsible but not limited to, the day to day running over 3 local branches and a team of 3-5, coaching them to the best of your ability to provide you with a higher chance to hit bonuses at the end of year. Conducting monthly reviews with the staff giving them the chance to come to you with anything the need help with and being able to come up with a solution if anything isn’t going to plan. Alongside dealing with the team you will still be involved in the day to day running of a property manager dealing with section 8/21 and making sure the teams paperwork is to the highest standard. While giving the chance to make a success with the team, you also have the ability to show the company what you can offer to help with future promotions.

To be suitable for this role:

• Minimum of Senior Property Manager 2 years’ experience
• Strong ability to work with a team
• Strong time keeping
• Able to show how to lead from the front.
• Providing a fun work environment
