My client has some of the best feedback in the industry for who is looks after is staff and progresses the staff into more Senior members, being a key member of the team who keeps the company running on a daily basis you will not just be a “Property Manager”. Having a company that would pay for your ARLA qualification they are looking for someone for the long term.
In the role of a Property Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to. Being able to deal with roughly 120 residential properties at a time, on top of this making sure you are keeping a very strong and friendly relationship with the landlords to make sure their needs are being hit. What this entails is making sure that you are keeping on top of inspections, maintenance work if needed and working with section 8 and 21 if any “Naughty” tenants appear. Whilst you wouldn’t want them “Naughty” tenants, you will do your upmost to make sure that everyone who goes into the properties are properly checked and a not going to be one of them “Naughty” tenants. This sounds like you will be doing a lot of work, but rest assured you are with a team of elite Property Managers and managed by one of the best Property Managers in the industry.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Property Management.
- Able to work as a team.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Keen on providing some of the best Property Management someone can buy.
