In this role as a property manager, you will be responsible for dealing with a portfolio of over 250 properties in London. You will have to be a strong communicator due to having to liaise with all type of landlords and tenants, someone used to speak with decision makers making sure that anything happing to the property is sorted and making sure that the tenants are keeping to their contracts. To be suitable for this role you are going to need to have a warm communication style and have a proven to still be able to make hard decisions. In addition to all of this, the company will reward you with a heavy influence on your career prospects. In this role, hitting the ground running would be the best option for the right candidate due to the amazing opportunity our client is giving you.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong but warm communication style
- A strong attention to detail
- 1-5 years Property Management experience or Letting admin experience
- ARLA qualified
