Property Manager

In the role as a Property manager you will be dealing with but not limited to, looking after 120 properties, being a full 360 property manager dealing with clients, tenants and the branches. Making sure that you are up to date with government regs and being comfortable with serving section 8 and section 21 notices when the time comes for the to be served. To be suitable for the role you will need:

• Dealing with over 100 properties
• Very strong communicator
• Strong knowledge of section 21 and 8T
• he ability to work on your own but still be a key team player.
