Purchasing Officer

Our client is a global leader in ship management, trusted by some of the world’s biggest names in the maritime industry. They are expanding into Saudi Arabia with a brand-new office, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of their launch team in the region.
 

As a  Purchasing Officer, you will take charge of sourcing and securing the best suppliers for the company’s Saudi operations. You’ll be negotiating competitive rates, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining top-quality standards across all goods and services. Your local market knowledge and ability to build strong relationships will be key to supporting smooth, cost-effective operations for an international fleet.
 

The requirements for this role are:
 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing.
   
• Strong network of contacts and suppliers within Saudi Arabia.
   
• Based in Saudi Arabia with local market knowledge.
   
• Fluent in English.
   
• Arabic language skills preferred.
