Consortio have partnered with a large multinational engineering consultancy who are rapidly expanding their multidisciplinary teams. Our client operates in a global market pool across a wide range of industries with a heavy focus on resilience engineering including defence and energy as well as mechanical and civil engineering for large scale projects. Our client has recently merged with a competing organisation allowing them to invest heavily in growing the business and exploring new and exciting markets, while also reinvesting into their state-of-the-art facilities.

This role will be based in mechanical and resilience engineering teams, acting as the glue between the two. You will be expected to provide technical analysis of designs and processes to Safety and ARM management related projects and bids and present your findings in details reports. You will also be expected to liaise directly with end clients to solve a multitude of problems, while working with in or client’s time, cost and quality expectations. This team is currently based in Bristol, but the successful candidate can work remotely with occasional visits to the office. To be successful in this role you must have the following experience:

  • A degree in an engineering, maths, or science discipline
  • Experience of developing safety or other types of management plans and management reports.
  • Experience of hazard logs, safety case or ARM case development.
  • Experience of using safety, reliability or other asset management analysis approaches to identify the effectiveness of system designs and process, FMEA, FMECA, Fault Trees, Reliability Block Diagrams
