In this role as a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Metro region of the business. You will be expected to be able to handle working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes of work. You will be expected to look after two Sales Managers and Sales Executives, and you will be a confident relationship builder as this role will include dealing with key decision makers in companies. In addition, this role will suit the “go – getter “, a proven hitter of KPI’s, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to have a heavy influence on their income.
To be suitable for this role you will have:

- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- New homes / Estate agent experience 2/3 years
