This role will be based in Notting Hill.
In this very rare instance as the role of Regional Sales Director, the role will include but not limited to creating a “sales” atmosphere in the branches with giving the Branches opportunities to win activities/prizes. Making sure that you are actively recruiting for the best talent in the local area to make sure you are giving yourself an opportunity to have one of the best regions in the company that comes with extra rewards and bonuses. A key part of the role is to mentor and develop existing staff via 1-1 reviews to provide them the opportunity to lean for seasoned individual like yourself. While giving the opportunity to the staff to learn from yourself you will provide assistants to the fellow team on helping gain the market share in the region, dealing with “harder” clients and persuading them on you are the person they should sell with. On the rare occasion that the branch is without a manager you will fill in to help the less senior team and getting your hands “dirty” and showing the less senior team on how real professional’s work.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Extensive Senior Management experience in London
- A high level of people management
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
