In the role of a Residential Block Property Manager, you will need to but not limited to doing Portfolio Management – manging roughly 20 estates including new developments, small and large blocks. Service Charge Budgets - Reviewed and monitored expenditure, prepared service charge budgets with explanations, before the year-end, some with complex schedules for consideration by Directors or Freeholder. Maintenance Management - Liaised with contractors to ensure all maintenance is completed to a high standard and on time. Kept Leaseholders and tenants informed of all works. Site Visits/Compliance Checks - Inspected buildings including all common areas: corridors, fire escape routes, plant rooms and arranged equipment checks ie: Lift check – grass and hedge maintenance. While dealing with that you will also deal with Section 20/Major Works – Dealt directly with Directors regarding major works and drew up a report of requirements including pictures. This is just some of the things that you will be doing in this role.

 

To be suitable for this role you will need:

  • IRPM qualification or AIRPM
  • 2 years Block/New build Residential Property Manager experience
  • The ability to be able to work on your own accord.
  • Fantastic computer skills
  • The ability to work well with time sensitive deadline.
  • Attention to detail to demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Full, clean UK Driving License
  • Experience with dealing with a high volume of properties.
