In the role of a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to running a branch that is doing up to a million by the end of the year, keeping to that money and hopefully making more for the branch to give you pay rises and better commission, not only will you be dealing with that, you will be taking weekly daily and monthly meetings with the staff in the branch to make sure they are hitting targets. Dealing month to month meeting with the regional director finding solutions on how to keep the branch running to the highest level and how you can improve on the branch. We are looking for someone who is willing to take the branch to a new level.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 2 year or more experience in Assistant Sales Management/Valuer
- Local knowledgeWorking closely with Sales Manager and having an idea of the day to day running of the branch
- The ability to work well with time sensitive deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail To demonstrate excellent customer service
