As the role of a sales Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to opening a new branch for the company meaning that you will be dealing with making the branch one of the best in the area, producing daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Being proactive in this role will be essential as you will be competing with some of the best agents in the area, you will be on the phone day in day out, booking in valuations for the branch and going out and trying to proactively win instructions from other agents. Following that, you will have the opportunity to recruit for your team below you making sure you find the right people to work alongside you. This role is needing someone who is dedicated to the industry and willing to work hard for success, you will be given the biggest opportunity of your career to make yourself one of the best in the industry.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- 2/3 years Assistant Sales/Branch manager
- Local industry knowledge
- A Warm communicator
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
