Currently, my client is seeking a Sales Manager who is a strong valuer and has the drive to be number one. The role offers an impressive bonus and commission structure, as well as a basic salary that is hard to match in the industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for valuing properties, door knocking, leaflet dropping, and doing whatever it takes to win business from local competitors. The initiative is key for this role, as the company is looking for someone happy to work outside of the box but is happy to work towards KPIs and targets, and not afraid to get stuck in and do the work. In addition to valuing and winning business, the Sales Manager will also mentor less senior members of the team and provide industry knowledge to help them become powerhouse sellers.
