In the role of a sales manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to, having to deal with day-to-day operations of the branch, daily, weekly, monthly target for the staff in the branch. Being able to create a large market share for the company making the one of the best in the area, making sure you are working alongside and to the financial target given but would be beneficial to exceed them.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 2-3 years valuing and estate agent experience
   
• Love working towards targets
   
• Be effective at managing a team
   
• Have good organisational skills
   
• Be able to work as a team and able to work alone
