In this role as a Sales negotiator, you will be working in the nation’s capital for sales which is concentrated in canary wharf. You will be expected to pick up the phone multiple times a day and speak to potential house buyers and book them in for a viewing for over 45 active New Homes site in London, in this role you will need to have a strong but helpful communication style and fantastic customer service skills to be able to find and sell the best property to potential buyer, in addition to all of this the company will reward you with a heavy influence on your income if you hit and surpass the KPIs given to you.
