Being London Largest independent agent for over 45 years, offering a wide range of services from your day-to-day residential sales and letting to a massive portfolio of property to manager and also dealing with commercial and financial services. This role is based in their fantastic head office in Wimbledon.
In this role as a senior commercial agent you will be responsible for but not limited to, communicating with new and existing customers via phone, email and face to face and making sure you are keeping this to the highest standard, working close with all the commercial team dealing with the viewings getting viewings booked into the system, something a little different with this role you will be dealing with the advertising and mail out and all the other advertising campaigns, keeping all the current clients updated with any interests on the property or letting them know what would be the best options to be able to get some more interest, making sure all exposure is being kept up on social media. Being very proactive and keeping tabs on any new or existing properties that are on the market calling them up trying to win business from your competitors, this role is needing someone who is very dedicated to making themselves one of the best in the industry, you will be given some of the best training in the industry, these roles come with fantastic perks.
To be suitable for this role you will need:
- Commercial agent experience 1/2 years
- A warm communicator
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
