Consortio Recruitment Group and Access Talent Group are two of four brands that make up a successful group of recruitment businesses. Owned by two Recruitment Directors who founded the group 10 years ago, we have organically grown to a team of 55 and continue to scale up, and we are currently looking to hire a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant for our Consortio team, to support the growth of our Maritime&Shipping desk in Southampton.
Our clients range from global shipping lines, cruises, yatchs and port operations and storage to offshore energy firms and maritime consultancies. Our business is not only UK based but also has a hub in Abu Dhabi to focus on the vibrant Middle Eastern market, and a Dublin office.
The Job
We are seeking to hire a Senior/Lead Consultant for our Maritime&Shipping team. This is a long-standing, proven desk and one of the oldest in our company with a huge database and company network around it. So, if you have experience in a sophisticated market, able to understand a global marketplace and are hungry to earn, this desk can really look after you.
Fees on this desk average around 15k and also offer the opportunity to do retained and also RPO business.
What are we looking for?
Previous 360 recruitment experience in a sophisticated market, Maritime and Shipping is of course a big plus. Aptitude for learning new markets and able to adapt to working in a global recruitment space.You will be working middle to senior level roles in our client’s business’s, so you need to be comfortable speaking with executives.Keen to learn how to head hunt not just recruit!Happy to work in a quality over quantity recruitment market.

- The role is based in our HQ in Southampton, however we would consider Remote for fairly experienced Consultants.
- This is a 360 role, so you are expected to do BD, Account Management and Delivery.
