Owned by two Recruitment Directors who founded the group 10 years ago, we have organically grown to a team of 55 and continue to scale up, and we are currently looking to hire a Senior/Lead Recruitment Consultant to specifically support the growth of our team in Ireland.

Our Clients are varied, from major water companies and global engineering giants, alongside the biggest Oil company in the world, through to smaller, niche firms offering specialist engineering and consultancy service to their respective markets. Our business is not only UK based (we have clients from North-East Scotland to South-West England) but also has a hub in Abu Dhabi to focus on the vibrant Middle Eastern market, and a Dublin team working on the large Engineering Consultancy and Construction markets across Ireland.

 

The job

We are seeking to hire a Lead/Senior Consultant with experience of working in the Irish market who is based in Ireland, and happy to meet clients face to face on a weekly basis in Dublin, Cork, Galway.

This will be a 360 desk and certainly although warm, requires development so cold calling is still a part of the job everyday. We have a 9 strong sourcing team in our HQ in the UK who have been working the ROI market extensively for 5 years.

The desk is working to place M&E engineers both perm and contract in to the Civil's and Construction market. Business is good and we are smashing up the market but due to our team being based in the UK we could do with a person who could be local to not only build out this desk but also to support in providing a Business Development Manager/Account Manager type of support to the core team.

At present we fly out to meet our clients monthly but we would benefit of having someone local to meet our clients weekly if possible. There is the possibility of this role turning in to a pure Business Development and Account Management role in the future for the right person.

 

What are we looking for?

Previous 360 recruitment experience in the engineering market if possible although open to other sectors.

Keen to learn how to head hunt not just recruit!

Happy to work in a quality over quantity recruitment market.
