In this very rare instance as a Senior Letting Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supporting with the backing of the rest of the branches you only can be successful, In the day to day of the role you will be responsible but not limited to building the branch from the start building the team behind and making it one of the flagship branches.  Furthermore, you will be dealing with mentoring the new members of staff that you employ into the branch, making sure as much as you, your staff members are hitting daily, weekly, monthly target. This role is needing someone who is dedicated to wanting to make themselves a lot of money soon. Being the face of the company dealing with the valuations.

 To be suitable for this role you will need:

•  2 year or more experience as a Lettings manager
• Valuations skills
• Local knowledge
• The ability to work well with time sensitive deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail
• To demonstrate excellent customer service
• Able to deal with a team.
• High level of management skills
