As a successful Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for booking property viewings; registering applications; identifying and then maximising business opportunities, whilst delivering a fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.

All of these done well will help you achieve and exceed your individual and branch targets.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 2-3 years lettings experience
• Knowledge of the local area
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Confidence
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisation
• Full UK Driving license
