Consortio have partnered with a leading Marine Consultancy who are looking to take on the Civil Engineering and renewables market. Utilising their decades of history in marine claims and investigation, our client wants to bring this skill set to the global Maritime Civil and Land based Civil markets. Our client is an industry leading organisation who, using the mite and strength of their partnerships, want to continue their growth by finding a highly qualified Maritime Civil Engineer to lead a world-wide team.

In this role as a Managing Civil Engineer, you will be expected to split your time between fee winning investigation and claims, FOD, and potentially design appraisal work to set the base for expansion into other markets such as renewables claims/expert witness, arbitration, and loss prevention. This will be a Senior Management position with clear and obvious progression criteria leading into a Director level position. Our client is looking for somebody who has a strong network that can be utilised throughout their employment. as well as somebody who has a flexible approach to business development plans.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
     
  • Experience working in FOD and investigation/claims
     
  • Perfect English language skills
     
  • Experience developing business expansion/development plans
