In this role as a Senior New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for looking after a site in the busy centre of Birmingham. You will be given the opportunity to take a step up into the company into a Team Leader sales role or even a management opportunity. This role will suit a fast paced “go – getter”, someone who is used to dealing with investors and first-time buyers. The successful person will have to be experienced in working under pressure and will be no stranger to taking on high volumes.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- 2-3 years New Homes Estate Agent/ Developer experience
- A strong but warm communication style
- A strong attention to detail
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
