In this role as a Senior Sales negotiator, you will be responsible for valuing and looking after the property portfolio within Orpington, you will have to be a strong salesperson someone used to speaking with decisions makers and have a track record of winning properties from venders/potential customers, To be suitable for this role you are going to need to have a warm communication style and have a proven record of winning business and surprising KPI’s that are given to you, in addition to all this the company will reward you with a heavy influence on your income and career prospects. In this role hitting the grown running would be the best option for the right candidate due to the amazing opportunity our client is giving you to be able to take a step in an assistant branch manager or even Branch manager within the next year.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- 1-2 years senior Sales negotiator
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- A strong but warm communication style
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong attention to details
