A company that has been around for over 10 years and has 8 offices in London and 4 in the Asian market, growing from 2 members of staff to more than 120 dealing with anything from your normal day to day selling of houses all the way though to property management, letting, land and new homes and investment properties
In this role as a Senior Sales Negotiator, this role is based in Nine Elms dealing with high end properties worth up to 5mil you will be responsible for looking out for the junior Sales Neg teaching and training them while getting on the phone booking in viewings and valuations. To be suitable for this role you are going to need to have a warm communication style and have a proven record of winning business and surpassing KPI’s that are given to you. You will have to be a strong salesperson, someone used to speak with decision makers and have a track record of winning properties from venders/potential customers. In addition to all of this, the company will reward you with a heavy influence on your income and career prospects. In this role, hitting the ground running would be the best option for the right candidate due to the amazing opportunity our client is giving you; to be able to take a step in an Assistant Sales Manager or even Sales Manager within the next years.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- 1 years senior Sales Negotiator/ 2 years sales Negotiator
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- A strong but warm communication style
- A strong attention to detail
