Consortio has partnered with a phenomenal estate agent that have been independent since 1862, being the market leader in the area and doing over 1.5 mil in just sales each year. This is one of the best independent companies in London, having one centralised branch with a “Super” team you will be in the right place to become a superstar.  

 

In this very rare instance as a Senior Sales neg, you will be main sales negotiator in the branch dealing with all of the sales in a branch that is doing 1.5 mil on the sales side alone, you will deal with the over flow valuations of the branch and on top of that you will have the opportunity to be dealing with the new homes sites that are coming into the branch. The company offers branch commission so there is no way for you not to be able to make commission each month.

 

To be suitable for this role you will need:

 

  •  Sales neg 1-2 years’ experience
     
  •  Have a high-level knowledge of the Local area
     
  •  A warm communicator
     
  •  Excellent planning and organisation skills
     
  •  Strong ability to detail
     
  •  The ability to work as a team but also take your own initiative
