Consortio have partnered with a large multinational engineering consultancy who are rapidly expanding their multidisciplinary teams. Our client operates in a global market pool across a wide range of industries with a heavy focus on resilience engineering including defence and energy as well as mechanical and civil engineering for large scale projects. Our client has recently merged with a competing organisation allowing them to invest heavily in growing the business and exploring new and exciting markets, while also reinvesting into their state-of-the-art facilities.
This particular role will be a critical part of our client’s industry leading training academy, mentoring the newest recruits in the mechanical engineering and resilience engineering teams, with a focus on System Safety education and training. The role is a predominantly home-based role, but our client would expect occasional travel to a local office. You will be expected to deliver high quality and engaging training sessions while managing students and their training schedules. To be successful in this role you must have:
- Level 3/4 Award Education & Training (AET) previously CTTLLS / PTLLS or have equivalent demonstrable evidence of high-quality training delivery.
- Experience with legislation, regulations, standards and MOD Safety ASEMS.
- Expert knowledge of risk analysis techniques
- Experience of Safety Case report construction
