This role will be based in the prime area of canary Wharf (wolf of wall street UK)
In this role as the Valuer, you will be responsible for day-to-day valuations of any properties from £7.5 million developments to second hand houses and letting properties across London. team development and hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets are a key as the company reward fantastically for the hard workers in the company. Alongside this you will be providing the landlords, developers, and seller with the best industry experience someone can buy giving them regular feedback and updates to help let/sell the property/developments. They will be looking for either an experienced Senior negotiator or a deditcated valuer, someone willing to learn the best way and give of the best of their knowledge to the company. My client is always willing to learn, so if you come with experience, you come with a voice.
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- 1-2 years Senior Sales/Letting experience who can value
- Strong attention to details
- The ability to work on your own initiative
