Vessel Manager

Consortio are working with an internationally renowned shipowner who have a firm pedigree in the shipping world. Furthermore, the fleet they own and operate is dedicated to the transportation of cargo, cars and containers. The position is for a technical superintendent that are in the first few years of their shore-based career.
 

The successful candidate will be managing Passenger vessels, ensuring the vessels are properly maintained and all those aboard are completing their jobs correctly. You will be managing vessel budgets and operating expenditure as well as ensuring the successful planning and implementation of dry docking.

The suitable candidate will have:
 

• Sailed as a Chief Engineer on Passenger vessel.
   
• Have at least one year in Technical Superintendent.
   
• Have a good understanding of ramp handling systems.
   
• Have a command of the English Language.
   
• Have the right to live and work in the EU
