We are seeking a highly skilled Vessel Manager to oversee the operations and management of our partner’s cruise fleet. This pivotal role ensures the safe, efficient operation of the vessels, provides an outstanding guest experience, and maintains compliance with industry regulations and standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational success and enhancing the overall cruise experience.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Operational Management: Proven experience in coordinating and managing cruise ship operations, including itinerary planning and resource optimization.
  • Guest Experience: Strong background in maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, overseeing quality services, and implementing improvements based on feedback.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations, safety management systems, and industry standards.
  • Crew Management: Expertise in recruiting, training, and managing onboard crew across various departments, ensuring compliance with labor laws and certification requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration: Ability to work with technical teams to ensure the maintenance and efficiency of ship systems and equipment.
