As a successful Branch manager your responsibilities will include leading and developing a newly opened site; maximising business opportunities; ensure your team are meeting and exceeding targets whilst delivering an exceptional service to your customers.

To be suitable for this role you will need:

• 1 year Branch Manager experience or 2 years Senior Lettings Negotiator experience

• Knowledge of the local area

• Ability to value properties

• Strong leadership, motivation, and training skills

• Demonstrate initiative and ideas for market growth

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Full UK Driving License
