The opportunity
Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of our clients who are a award winning M&E Contractor and we are looking to bring on an Buyer on a permanent basis. They are now considered a leading name across the South Coast.
Wit a good portfolio of works, repeat business and working with leading companies, this is an exciting opportunity to join them in their growth. Our client which has been founded now for over 60 years, has a very good strong turnover per annum and in a strong position. As a M&E Sub contractor they work with leading Construction companies, local authorities, commercial new build, commercial refurb / shop fitting and Education works. Our client has a fantastic portfolio of works with Tier 1 House Builders, repeat business and some of the most exciting residntial projects in the area.
Key responsibilities include:
- General Buying duties
- Liasing with the supply chain
- Good on the phone and delegating
- Rising purchase orders
- General administration /Buyer duties
On offer:
- Full-time position offering a competitive salary from £35k - £38k
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays (increased over time)
