Due to continued success and expansion, they are seeking a Chartering Manager to join their team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing chartering operations for the dry bulk fleet. You will negotiate and finalize charter agreements, build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and ship owners, and ensure the fleet operates efficiently. Your market expertise will play a key role in enhancing profitability and optimizing vessel utilization.
 

The ideal candidate will have:
 

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Chartering Manager or Ship Broker, specifically in dry bulk vessels.
   
• Strong cargo connections and an established network within the dry bulk industry.
   
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
   
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results.
   
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
