Contracts Manager

Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of clients who are fantastic construction company who have been established for over 50 years. They are a company built on family and family values and 50% of their workforce have been with them 15-20 years. Growing year on year and a large portfolio of work consisting of residential and commercial projects, they are requiring a experienced contracts manager to join them permanently. You can be from a residential backgroup or commercial or a mixture of both.

The Contracts Manager is responsible for delivering any given project/s on time, to the required quality standards and within budget. This involves management of the Site Managers, their workloads, output and health and safety. Also, to uphold the Company’s excellent reputation and good client relations.

What we are looking for

Experienced CM with residential or commercial experience or both.Live within an hour of ShrewsburyFull driving licenceTemporary works ticket but not essentialWorked on projects with a value of 2m to 20millionPersons who are looking for longevity with a company and build on your career.

Technical Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 diploma in Site Management

General Experience

Prior experience of running or overseeing construction project/s.Demonstrable skills at trade level or deep understanding of trade skills.Experience of operating as a Foreman /Site Manager.

Package / Salary

£60 - 68k per annum but can be negotiated for the right personCompany van / fuel card (can be used on personal mileage)
