We are seeking a highly skilled Crewing Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Athens (Voula), Greece. This pivotal role is critical to ensuring the seamless operation of our fleet by overseeing all aspects of crew management. From compliance with international standards to fostering career progression among Seafarers, your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and performance of our operations. Key Requirements:
- Professional Background: Seagoing experience as an officer or a university degree coupled with at least two years of experience in the recruitment industry.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional controlling, coordination, and communication abilities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of STCW, MLC, and Flag State regulations, along with experience managing safe manning requirements and compliance.
- Organizational Expertise: Proven track record in crew rotation planning, performance monitoring, and career development initiatives for Seafarers.
