We are currently seeking a Crewing Superintendent to join their expanding team. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day crewing operations of assigned vessels. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that each ship is manned with qualified, certified, and competent crew members, all while maintaining compliance with international regulations and internal standards. Working closely with other departments and key stakeholders, this position is crucial to the safe and efficient management of fleet personnel.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar crewing or seafaring role, ideally within a ship management or maritime operations environment.
• Strong understanding of STCW regulations, flag state requirements, and MLC compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with seafarers, agents, and internal teams.
• Proficient in crewing software systems and MS Office tools, with a high level of organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple vessels, and make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
