With the success that the dry-bulk sector has seen across recent times, many start-ups have seen this as the perfect moment to establish themselves on the broking market, however very few can showcase the success that our client has generated in the last 3 years.

Having grown the team from the ground up, starting with just the two founders working from home to a team of now over 20 brokers across three established offices in key locations worldwide, the business is now targeting further expansion across each of these affiliates in order to push its presence into wider waters.

What separates the brand and has fuelled its sterling reputation is the focus on quality; ensuring that the company ethos and its boutique integrity are maintained throughout its expansion. As an experienced dry cargo broker, there are opportunities across the Handy, Panamax, Supramax and Ultramax desks and this role will suit competitive ship brokers who are looking for the next challenge in their career.

To be eligible, you will:

  • Have worked as a dry cargo broker for a minimum of three years
  • Have a demonstrable track-record and transferrable relationships
  • Be open to relocating
  • Be a proven team player
  • Possess a strong attention to detail
  • Preferably speak more than one language
