A globally recognised shipping group is scaling its London office - and they’re looking for a sharp, driven Dry Bulk Shipbroker to join the team. With deep global reach, a powerful reputation, and bold plans for expansion, this is a chance to plug directly into a business primed for growth and impact. You’ll step into a high-trust, performance-led environment where you can run your own show. With a strong brand, great infrastructure, and serious ambition in the Atlantic market, you’ll be given the platform to grow your client base, close deals, and make your mark - all without unnecessary red tape or rigid hierarchy.

This is more than a role - it’s a rare opportunity to operate with full autonomy inside a relaxed, entrepreneurial team, while still benefiting from the credibility, network, and long-term upside of a major global player.

You'll be focused on:

- Client Development & Market Expansion - Build and grow a portfolio focused on Handy, Supra, and Ultramax vessels across Atlantic and global markets.
- Deal Execution & Commercial Delivery - Be a true plug-and-play operator - own your desk and execute with speed, clarity, and commercial instinct.
- Cultural Contribution & Collaboration - Help shape the team culture in a growing London office - relaxed, ambitious, and built on trust.
- Market Intelligence - Use real-time insight to develop and deliver actionable commercial strategy.
- Brand Representation & Travel - Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and social opportunities.
- Flexibility & Lifestyle Balance - Enjoy a culture that respects autonomy, lifestyle, and life beyond the screen - no micromanagement, no dress codes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a team where performance is rewarded, personalities are celebrated, and the long game matters. You'll be part of a close-knit office with socials, trips abroad, and leadership that backs talent for the long term. Whether you're a proven biller looking for more freedom or someone ready to take the next step up, this is a rare chance to do it on your terms - backed by one of the most respected names in global shipping.
