Our client is one of the world’s largest independent owners and operators of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) carriers, providing LNG and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) services. The role is for an Electrical, Instrumentation and Automaton (EIA) Manager and you will be responsible for all matters relating to EIA along with Navcom issues for 14 vessels. You will assist the management of EIA functions to the company’s vessels to ensure they are operated safely, cost effective and pollution free. In addition to this you will be attending vessels for dry dockings, project implementations, repairs, sea/gas trials and surveys required by the company.
 

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:
 

  • Sailing experience as an ETO on Gas Carriers.
     
  • Experience onshore as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar capacity role.
     
  • Have an Electrical Engineering Degree.
     
  • Demonstrate clear communication skills and speak fluent English.
