Consortio Recruitment have partnered with one of our construction clients in Shropshire. As a company they are an up and coming construction company that is now a main contractor with projects ranging from 200k to 4M in value. They have successfully grown over the last 25 years and have contracts ranging from commercial, Industrial, and residential. Our client is requiring an Estimator to join a existing commercial team of 3 Estimators. As a company they are working on a ration of 70% commercial and 30% residential right now. What our client is looking for is an Estimator who has experience in both commercial and residential projects/tenders.

About you / on offer

  • 5+ years experience as an Estimator for a main contractor
  • Commercial + residential experience as an Estimator
  • Flexi working with 2 days office working and 3 days home working (although you can work 5 days in the office if you wish)
  • Looking to speak with Estimators in Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry, Welshpool and Wolverhampton

Package

  • Salary + package (Negotiable) and very competitive
  • This is a permanent position
