Consortio Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading specialist commercial design and installation cladding & roofing contractor. Over the last 20 years, our client has grown and developed into a well established and reputable company, providing a quality design and installation service for external building packages including roofing, cladding, rainwater goods, architectural features and fabrications. Building up strong relationships with a variety of clients and repeat business we are looking for an extra Estimator to join one of their offices in Oxfordshire. They pride themselves on a aesthetically-pleasing final product.

Due to growth and doubling their turnover after the last 2 years we are looking to bring on a Estimators all levels to work on schools, leisure centers, data centers. Warehouses, offices, car showrooms.

The projects will be Just commercial and never domestic. Tends to be schools, leisure centers, data centers. Warehouses, offices, car showrooms. The temders will be in value from £1M to £4M in value. Our client has a family feel to them and built on family values. There are 3 Estimators in the team and around 15-20 office staff within the office. The office is a very nice environment with a good mix of older and younger employees. You will need to have a UK driving licence due to their being site vists and client meetings. You will typically be in the office 3 days per week. 

About you

  • Cladding or roofing experience as an Estimator
  • Live in a daily commute to Wallingford.

Salary package

  • Negotiable for the right people
