As a Field Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in a small team focused on the essential navigation systems that support the safe and efficient functioning of maritime operations. You’ll be responsible for both maintaining existing assets and driving forward the new program to upgrade and replace vital components of the navigation system. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• A degree in electronic engineering or related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency with electrical, electronic, and computer-based systems, especially in RADAR, radio, and microwave engineering.
• Familiarity with H&S regulations such as PUWER, LOLER, and cyber security principles.
• Ability to work at heights and achieve relevant certifications, along with essential physical fitness.
• Exceptional diagnostic skills, with a proactive, logical approach and attention to detail.
