We are seeking skilled and experienced Marine Electrical Field Service Engineers to join a dynamic and expanding team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, reliability, and efficiency of complex marine electrical systems. From troubleshooting and repairs to commissioning and upgrades, your expertise will directly support vital offshore projects. As a key contributor, you will not only help maintain world-class standards of service but also play an important role in driving innovation and excellence across the marine and offshore sector.

 

Requirements for the role include:

  • Previous experience sailing in an ETO (Electro-Technical Officer) capacity, with hands-on expertise in marine electrical systems.
     
  • Strong background in fault finding, servicing, repair, retrofitting, and commissioning across shipboard electrical, automation, and navigation systems.
     
  • Preferably degree-qualified (or equivalent) with wide-ranging technical knowledge and adaptability in offshore environments.
     
  • Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice, supported by a full clean driving licence and willingness to complete offshore training such as BOSIET.
     
  • A proactive and autonomous approach to work, combined with the ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
