The role is for a Fleet Manager, and you will be responsible for overseeing the technical management and operational safety of the fleet. This includes ensuring vessels comply with industry, statutory, classification, and environmental regulations, as well as managing routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs. You will also be involved in budget planning, cost management, and overseeing dry-docking activities, ensuring that the vessels remain trade-worthy and operational at all times. In addition, you will provide leadership to the superintendents, coach and mentor them, and help drive the team’s performance to meet the company’s goals.
 

The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following criteria:
 

  • Degree in Marine Engineering or similar qualification, with a First Class Motor License with sailing experience as a Chief Engineer.
     
  • At least 5 years experience as a Technical Superintendent. 
     
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Technical/Fleet Manager.
     
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
     
  • Willingness to travel globally without restrictions.
