They provide specialist advice on a wide range of inter-disciplinary including nautical services, marine engineering, and non-destructive testing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting on-site investigations at short notice, gathering crucial evidence, overseeing sampling procedures in line with international standards, and managing high-pressure scenarios with finesse.
• Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting laboratory analyses using both routine international standard methods and advanced forensic techniques.
• Subsequently, you'll consolidate your findings into comprehensive technical reports and may even offer expert testimony in legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Chemistry.Proven experience in oil, petrochemical, and bunker fuel sampling.
• Expertise in testing petroleum products and petrochemicals according to international standards and advanced instrumental techniques (e.g., Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry).
• Willingness to travel at short notice and work flexible hours.
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, and adept at problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, both in the field and within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• Preparedness to provide expert witness testimony as needed.
