This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Gearbox Specialist to join a highly experienced workshop team where your expertise will be truly valued. This role sits at the heart of the operation, focusing on the full lifecycle of gearbox work – from detailed diagnostics through to complete rebuilds and final testing. You will be working with advanced tooling and systems, tackling complex mechanical challenges, and playing a key role in delivering exceptional standards of workmanship on every project.

  • Proven experience in stripping, rebuilding, and repairing automatic and/or manual gearboxes (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong technical understanding of gearbox systems across a range of makes and models.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex gearbox and drivetrain faults with accuracy.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and precision engineering.
  • Full UK driving licence.
