Head Waiter

Consortio have partnered with an global service provider when it comes to the crewing of vessels worldwide. This company has clients within the cruise, yachting and hospitality industry. They also offer crew and catering to river vessels too. Due to expanding their company they are looking for Head Waiter to join their team.

As a Head you will be responsible for reenforcing quality standards for all areas of assigned work. You will be managing the whole service department and will be looking after all the careful handling of all equipment and machinery involved with service of restaurants.

To be eligible for this role you need:

• Qualified training in a hotel or in a restaurant or have other relevant experience.
• Relevant job experience.
• Good knowledge of bar and restaurant service standards.
• Good knowledge of all beverages served in a bar. (including wines).
• Fluent in English and/or German language.
• To be a team player and willing to help out other departments.
