In this role, you will play a vital part in the preparation and delivery of ILS documentation, while supporting Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and RAMT studies. You’ll contribute to FMECA and LORA analysis for naval equipment and subsystems, define spare parts and maintenance strategies, and help produce technical manuals, training materials, and upgrade documentation. Working closely with engineering teams, supply chain, and client stakeholders, you’ll ensure compliance with project deliverables while continuously driving process improvement.
Experience & Requirements:

- Knowledge of ILS standards (MIL-STD-1388, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, S1000D/ASD) desirable.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Italian language skills an advantage).
- EU citizenship or right to work in Italy essential.
- Previous exposure to ILS engineering in the maritime or defence sector advantageous.
- Familiarity with FMECA, LORA, and RAMT methodologies preferred.
- Experience with technical documentation and integrated data environments desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a highly specialised field, gaining exposure to ILS methodologies while contributing to projects of national importance. By joining a market leader in defence maritime support, you will work alongside industry experts, expand your technical knowledge, and play a key role in shaping through-life support for naval platforms. If you are ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a rewarding career in ILS, this role is for you.
