Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver ILS documentation in line with SCIA service requirements.
- Support Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability) studies.
- Contribute to FMECA and LORA analysis for naval equipment and subsystems.
- Define spare parts requirements, maintenance plans, and obsolescence management strategies.
- Assist in the production of technical manuals, training material, and upgrade documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, supply chain, and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with project deliverables.
- Share expertise within the team and propose improvements to support engineering processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong technical foundation with an interest in ILS and lifecycle engineering.
- Knowledge of SCIA services or ILS standards (MIL-STD-1388, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, S1000D/ASD standards) desirable.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (Italian language skills are advantageous).
- EU citizenship or right to work in Italy is mandatory.
Desirable Experience
- Previous exposure to ILS engineering in the maritime or defence sector.
- Familiarity with FMECA, LORA, and RAMT methodologies.
- Experience working with technical documentation and integrated data environments.
- Understanding of naval systems, maintenance planning, and through-life support principles.
